Commercial use #

- Free-plan UI assets are not licensed for commercial use; paid-plan assets carry commercial rights. API terms assign output rights for personal/commercial use but prohibit using assets to train AI. These contractual rights do not guarantee statutory copyright or third-party clearance.
Privacy #

- Free UI assets are public; paid UI assets private. API terms exclude training on API assets, with support/legal exceptions, and limit default storage to delivery needs; optional features can retain artifacts. API docs say image URLs last about 24 hours. Third-party models have separate data policies.
