Commercial use #

- Adobe permits commercial output use, including beta features unless the product explicitly says otherwise. Rights violations and AI-training uses remain restricted. IP indemnification requires qualifying entitlement and terms. Partner-model commercial suitability must be assessed separately by the creator.
Privacy #

- Adobe says subscriber personal content is not used to train Firefly models. It also states its partner integrations do not train on personal or project data. These claims are not a zero-retention promise.

- Mobile help lists Image 4 Ultra as producing one image in one section and four in another. Image 5 is marked preview there, while API overview calls Image5 latest without a preview label. Preserve surface-specific labels; do not normalize output count.
