# Exact prompt change — design only

Both variants use the same reference image. Baseline is the original reference-conditioned prompt, not the previous prompt-only condition.

The original already says:

> Use the attached approved fox courier image as the identity and illustration-style reference, not as a fixed pose or background. Preserve that same character while following the new scene below.

The intervention adds explicit camera angle, subject placement, framing and scene-text precedence, while repeating the existing identity/style and pose/background scope. It tests this whole appended paragraph; it cannot isolate clarity from repetition, length or recency. It is not a first-time introduction of reference-use constraints.

## T1

Baseline is an exact prefix (978 characters); append two newline characters and the one paragraph below. No deletion or substitution.

+Use the reference only to preserve the character's identity and illustration style. Do not copy its camera angle, pose, subject placement, framing, or background. Take the camera angle, pose, subject placement, framing, and background from the scene description, even when they differ from the reference.

Baseline is an exact prefix (1055 characters); append two newline characters and the one paragraph below. No deletion or substitution.
